Requirements Pertaining to External Contributions. 6.4.1. The Managing Party shall actively promote the complying of requirements from external financiers per- taining to external contributions by, inter alia, continu- ously inform the Parties of any such requirements and by efforts to settle any ambiguities in the implementation of said requirements. 6.4.2. Insofar as a Party receives additional funding which falls outside the scope of this Agreement the Party shall ensure that the receipt of such funding is compati- ble with the EU State Aid rules. The Financial Contribu- tions of a Party may not be conditioned by the right of such Party to receive additional funding in relation to the EU State Aid rules.
