The Recipient understands and agrees that the Federal Government may be required to release Project data and information the Recipient submits to the Federal Government as required by: (1) The Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, (2) Another Federal law requiring access to Project records, (3) U.S. DOT regulations, “Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Agreements with Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals, and Other Non-Profit Organizations,” specifically 49 C.F.R. § 19.36(d), or (4) Other Federal regulations requiring access to Project records.
