Other Provisions Applicable to Adjustments Under this Section 4. The following provisions shall be applicable to the making of adjustments in the Warrant Price hereinbefore provided in Section 4:
Reportable Events under Section III J.1.d. For Reportable Events under Section III.J.1.d, the report to OIG shall include documentation of the bankruptcy filing and a description of any Federal health care program requirements implicated.
PAYMENTS UNDER INDENTURE Any amount payable hereunder to any Holder of Preferred Securities shall be reduced by the amount of any corresponding payment such Holder has directly received under the Indenture pursuant to Section 514(b) or (c) hereof.
Other Provisions applicable to Adjustments under this Section The following provisions shall be applicable to the making of adjustments of the number of shares of Common Stock for which this Warrant is exercisable and the Warrant Price then in effect provided for in this Section 4:
Consents Under Agreements The Company shall have obtained the consent or approval of each Person whose consent or approval shall be required under any Contract to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is a party, except those for which the failure to obtain such consent or approval, individually or in the aggregate, is not reasonably likely to have a Company Material Adverse Effect or is not reasonably likely to prevent or to materially burden or materially impair the ability of the Company to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
