Common use of Requisite Approvals Clause in Contracts

Requisite Approvals. The principal terms of this Agreement, the Merger and the Certificate of Merger shall have been approved and adopted by the written consent or vote of: (a) the Servicesoft Stockholders, as required by applicable law and Servicesoft's certificate of incorporation and by-laws, (b) Broadbase stockholders, and (c) Broadbase's Board of Directors.
