Reschedules. Buyer may only reschedule an order with ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s written consent. A reschedule should not extend further than an additional thirty (30) calendar days from original ship date requested. Reschedules may be subject to a ten percent (10%) penalty based on total amount of the order or portion of the order rescheduled.
