Reschedules. Upon notice to RMI, Purchaser may reschedule all or a portion of a purchase order for the Products at no charge as follows: Number of Days From Original Right to Delivery Date Reschedule 0-30 days No Reschedules 31-60 days Up to four (4) Reschedules, provided in each case that delivery is within thirty (30) days from original scheduled Delivery Date, and with an allowable increase of up to 25% of the purchase order amount, not to exceed 500 devices 61 days or more Unlimited Reschedules
