Common use of Reschedules Clause in Contracts

Reschedules. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties, ▇▇▇▇▇ may only reschedule an order with thirty (30) days prior written notice and ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s written consent. A reschedule should not extend further than an additional forty-five (45) calendar days from original ship date requested. An order cannot be rescheduled more than once.
