Common use of Research Analysts Clause in Contracts

Research Analysts. The Company acknowledges and agrees that the research analysts and research department of Lucid are independent from the investment banking division of Lucid and are subject to certain regulations and internal policies, and that such research analysts may hold and make statements or investment recommendations and/or publish research reports with respect to the Company and its affiliates, the securities of the Company and its affiliates, the Offering or otherwise that differ from the views of L▇▇▇▇’s investment bankers.
