Research and Development. All product research and development activities, including quality assurance, quality control, testing, and research and analysis activities, conducted by the Corporation and the Subsidiaries in connection with their business is being conducted in compliance, in all material respects, with all industry, laboratory safety, management and training standards applicable to the Business and all such processes, procedures and practices required in connection with such activities are in place as necessary and are being complied with in all material respects.

Research and Development. Upon request of the administration, teachers shall be encouraged to recognize their professional obligation to participate in curriculum studies, research and revision committees during the school year as a part of professional development and involvement. The District will make attempts to have teacher representation from each building on curriculum council.

The Parties agree that research and development is critical in the creation of economic prosperity and opportunities for decent work, and can make a pivotal contribution to achieving the objectives of this Agreement. 2. The Parties shall encourage the generation and dissemination of new knowledge, taking account of its potential impacts, including harmful effects, on the environment and society. They shall support skills enhancement to keep pace with technological advances and innovation, and shall support mobility and training of researchers. They shall promote partnerships between industry, academia and the public sector as well as activities of the private sector aimed at gathering knowledge and testing ideas in order to generate new products with real commercial potential, paying special attention to women and youth as innovators. 3. The Parties shall promote investments in research and development especially in high added-value segments of value chains, and shall endeavour to address societal challenges especially in the areas of environment, climate change, energy, food safety and security, and health.

Research and Development. It is expected that all nationally designated specialist services, facilitate a continuous programme of research, development and quality improvement in line with routine day to day service delivery. The service should contribute to the Provider’s Research and Development workplan and gain benefit from the partnership working between NHSBoards and the Chief Scientists Office to support the infrastructure to allow clinical research, application of best practice and processes that support efficient and effective working‌
