Research Program Governance Sample Clauses

The Research Program Governance clause establishes the framework and procedures for overseeing and managing a research program within an agreement. It typically outlines the formation of a steering committee or similar body, specifies the roles and responsibilities of each party, and details how decisions regarding the research program will be made, such as setting milestones, approving budgets, or resolving disputes.
