Research Program Leader. Within […***…] days of the Effective Date, DS and Zymeworks will each assign one (1) employee to serve as primary point of contact between the Parties with respect to the Research Program (each, a “Research Program Leader”). The Research Program Leaders shall regularly communicate with each other to address Research Program-related issues, needs and updates. Either Party, upon prior notice to the other Party, may change its Research Program Leader.
