Research Requests. Prudential will submit research requests to Vendor via secured e-mail. Requests may include historical Remittance image retrieval. If request is made prior to 5:00 pm Eastern Time, Vendor will provide the requested support within 24 hours. If the request is received after 5:00 pm Eastern Time, Vendor will provide the requested support within 48 hours following the receipt of such request. Vendor must actively participate in error resolution between Prudential and bank of deposit.

The terms of this Online Banking agreement apply to all account holders enrolled in the Online Bill Payment program. In order to have a joint membership, all members must be joint signers on the checking or savings account (excluding money market accounts) linked to Online Bill Payment. Joint members share the same payee list, and are subject to the joint tenant rulescontained in the Account Agreement and Signature Cardfor the checking or savingsaccount. Either account owner may close the Online Bill Payment service.

  • Commercialization Reports Throughout the term of this Agreement and during the Sell-Off Period, and within thirty (30) days of December 31st of each year, Company will deliver to University written reports of Company’s and Sublicensees’ efforts and plans to develop and commercialize the innovations covered by the Licensed Rights and to make and sell Licensed Products. Company will have no obligation to prepare commercialization reports in years where (a) Company delivers to University a written Sales Report with active sales, and (b) Company has fulfilled all Performance Milestones. In relation to each of the Performance Milestones each commercialization report will include sufficient information to demonstrate achievement of those Performance Milestones and will set out timeframes and plans for achieving those Performance Milestones which have not yet been met.
