Common use of Reservation Clause Clause in Contracts

Reservation Clause. If for any reason EUROPA CINEMAS does not receive the expected subsidies from the European Commission, or only in part, the sum to be paid to THE THEATRE pursuant to this agreement may either be reduced or not paid, with no notice given and no ensuing right to claim compensation of any sort from EUROPA CINEMAS.
