Common use of Reservation of Common Shares Clause in Contracts

Reservation of Common Shares. The Company shall at all times while the Debenture remains outstanding, reserve and keep available out of its authorized but unissued share capital, for the purpose of effecting the conversion of this Debenture, such number of Common Shares as shall from time to time be sufficient to effect such conversions.
