RESERVATIONS TO MANAGEMENT. 3.01 The Union recognizes the right of the Company to operate and manage its (the Company’s) business in all respects. 3.02 The right to hire, manage the working force, and maintain order and efficiency is the exclusive responsibility of Management, provided there is no conflict with the terms of this Agreement. 3.03 The right to promote and the right to discipline and discharge for cause are likewise the exclusive responsibility of Management, provided that claims of discriminatory promotions and wrongful or unjust discipline or discharge shall be subject to the grievance procedure herein provided.
