Common use of Reserve Data Clause in Contracts

Reserve Data. The oil and natural gas reserve estimates of the Parent and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2008, 2009 and 2010 and June 30, 2011 contained or incorporated by reference in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum, the Time of Sale Information and the Offering Memorandum are derived from reports that have been prepared (or, in the case of the estimates as of June 30, 2011, audited) by either (a) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, (b) ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Company, L.P. or (c) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Co., as set forth and to the extent indicated therein, and such estimates fairly reflect, in all material respects, the oil and natural gas reserves of the Parent and its subsidiaries, at the dates indicated therein and are in accordance, in all material respects, with Commission rules and guidelines that are currently in effect for oil and gas producing companies applied on a consistent basis throughout the periods involved.
