Common use of Reserve Engineer Clause in Contracts

Reserve Engineer. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Company, Inc., who issued a report with respect to the Partnership’s oil and natural gas reserves at December 31, 2012 and who has delivered the letters referred to in Sections 5(g) and 5(h) hereof, was, as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Partnership.

Reserve Engineer. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Company, Inc., who issued a report with respect to the Partnership’s oil and natural gas reserves at December 31, 2012 2011 and who has delivered the letters referred to in Sections 5(g) and 5(h) hereof, was, as of the date of such report, and is, as of the date hereof, an independent petroleum engineer with respect to the Partnership.
