Common use of Reserve Engineer Clause in Contracts

Reserve Engineer. The information supplied to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Associates, Inc. (“MM&A”), independent reserve engineers, for purposes of preparing the reserve reports was true and correct in all material respects on April 22, 2010, the date of the reserve report, and was prepared in all material respects in accordance with customary industry practices. MM&A, were, as of the date of such report, and are, as of the date hereof, independent reserve engineers with respect to the Partnership.
