Reserved for Future Use. For purposes of Section 5.9.1.2, where the Parties have agreed to provision line sharing using a POTS Splitter: "End User Customer" means the DSL provider's End User Customer for claims relating to DSL and the voice service provider's End User Customer for claims relating to voice service.
