Reserved Names. The Registry Authority reserves: a) The ability to make certain domain names unavailable for registration, or only allow them to be assigned under certain conditions; b) The right to determine the time and conditions under which said domain names may be registered and/or how they may be used; and c) The right to publish or not to publish the list of reserved terms.
