Reserved Powers. The SFVCOG shall not possess the authority to compel any of its members to conduct any activities or implement any plans or strategies that they do not wish to undertake (except for the payment of dues). The goal and intent of the SFVCOG is one of voluntary cooperation among the Members for the collective benefit of the San ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Valley area of Los Angeles County.
