Reserved Right. All rights in and to the Marks not expressly granted in this License to Licensee are reserved to DIRECTV. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that DIRECTV reserves the right to use or authorize or license another to use the Marks. DIRECTV shall have and retains the sole and exclusive right to utilize itself or license parties to utilize the Marks in any manner not inconsistent with the terms of this License.
