Residency Guidelines. The following requirements and criteria must be met by the resident in order to be accepted for residency at the FACILITY and must be maintained in order to continue such residency:

The following requirements and criteria must be met by the resident in order to be accepted for residency at the FACILITY and must be maintained in order to continue such residency: 1. Meet the FACILITY’s age requirement for admission; 2. Must have the financial resources to pay the monthly fees as stated under Article III of the Agreement and amount identified in Exhibit- 1, or any addendum based upon changes or additional services rendered to him/ her;
