Common use of Resident Project Representation Clause in Contracts

Resident Project Representation. Owner shall designate a Resident Project Representative. The Resident Project Representative has the authority to approve changes in the scope of the project and shall be available during working hours and as often as may be required to render decisions and furnish information in a timely manner. Owner may at any time in its discretion change the Resident Project Representative with prior written notice to Contractor. Contractor shall be entitled to reply on all changes approved by Owner’s Resident Project Representative.

The duties, responsibilities and limitations of authority of any such Resident Project Representative has the authority to approve changes and assistants will be as provided in the scope of the project and shall be available during working hours and as often as may be required to render decisions and furnish information in a timely manner. Owner may at any time in its discretion change the Resident Project Representative with prior written notice to Contractor. Contractor shall be entitled to reply on all changes approved by Owner’s Resident Project RepresentativeSupplementary Conditions.
