Common use of Residue Clause in Contracts

Residue. Recyclable Materials that are delivered to the CONTRACTOR’s Material Recovery Facility for Processing, but which were not Processed by the CONTRACTOR in a manner that meets Market Specifications, and that were subsequently removed from the CONTRACTOR’s Materials Recovery Facility and disposed; and Residential Solid Waste and City Facility Solid Waste which cannot be composted or recycled.

Residue. Recyclable Materials Material that are is delivered to the CONTRACTOR’s Material Recovery Facility for Processing, but which were not Processed by the CONTRACTOR in a manner that meets Market Specifications, and that were was subsequently removed from the CONTRACTOR’s Materials Recovery Facility and disposed. Residue may also contain Recyclable Material that were contaminated, and may contain de minimus amount of clean material that escaped sorting; and Residential Solid Waste and City Facility Solid Waste which cannot be composted or recycledis placed in the Recycling Cart.
