Resignation by the Executive without Good Reason. (a) Executive may resign from Executive’s employment with the Company at any time without Good Reason by giving notice as described in Section 6.5(f). (b) In the event Executive resigns from Executive’s employment with the Company without Good Reason, Executive will not receive any Severance Benefits as described in Section 6.1(c) or any other severance compensation or benefit, except that, pursuant to the Company’s standard payroll policies, the Company shall provide to Executive the Accrued Obligations.
