Common use of Resignation for any reason other than Good Reason Clause in Contracts

Resignation for any reason other than Good Reason. In the event the Employee resigns for any reason other than Good Reason prior to the expiration of the Employment Term, the Company will be obliged to pay the Standard Termination Entitlements as defined in Section 0, subject to the Employee’s compliance with Articles 5, 6 and 7 hereof and the Exhibits referenced in Article 5 hereof.
