Common use of Resignation Letters Clause in Contracts

Resignation Letters. The Sellers shall have delivered resignation letters executed by each of the Persons set forth in Section 7.02(g) of the Company Disclosure Schedule, confirming such Person’s resignation from his or her position as a director, manager and/or officer (and/or any other similar position) of the Acquired Companies or the Blockers.
