Common use of Resignation of Escrow Agent Clause in Contracts

Resignation of Escrow Agent. The Escrow Agent may resign from its duties and responsibilities if it gives each of the Parties hereto three calendar days' written notice in advance. Upon receipt of notice of the Escrow Agent's intention to resign, the Parties shall, within three calendar days, select a replacement escrow agent and jointly advise the Escrow Agent in writing to deliver the Transfer Documents to the replacement escrow agent.
