Resignation of Manager. The Class A Member may voluntarily resign as the Manager. Upon such resignation, the Class B Member shall either assume the role of the Manager or appoint another Person (who may be an Affiliate of the Class B Member) to manage the operations of the Company. The resignation of the Manager shall not affect its rights as a Member and shall not constitute a withdrawal of a Member.
