Common use of Resignation of Voting Trustee Clause in Contracts

Resignation of Voting Trustee. The Voting Trustee may at any time resign by delivering to the owners of the Voting Trust Certificates and Pledged Shares, its resignation in writing, to take effect not less than ten (10) days after delivery. Promptly following the effectiveness of such resignation, the Voting Trustee shall transfer any property held by the Voting Trustee to the successor Voting Trustee.

The Voting Trustee may may, at any time time, resign and be discharged from all further obligations, duties and liabilities under this Agreement by delivering to the owners giving each of the Voting Trust Certificates Shareholders and Pledged Sharesthe Corporation at least 7 Business Days’ notice in writing of its intention to resign, its resignation in writing, to take effect not less than ten (10) days after delivery. Promptly following or any shorter notice that the effectiveness of such resignation, Shareholders and the Voting Trustee shall transfer any property held by the Voting Trustee to the successor Voting TrusteeCorporation may accept as sufficient.
