Resignation without Good Reason or Termination for Cause. If Executive resigns without Good Reason or the Company terminates Executive's employment for Cause, then upon the termination of Executive's employment Executive will be paid his Base Salary and all unused vacation earned through the date of termination, but nothing else, under this Agreement and all compensation and benefits will cease on Executive's date of employment termination.
