Resolution of All Matters. This Settlement represents a negotiated compromise resolved in the public interest and is expressly conditioned upon the acceptance of all provisions hereof by the Commission in accordance with Rule 602 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, without material condition or modification unacceptable to any Settling Party.
