Common use of Resolution of Conflicts; Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Resolution of Conflicts; Arbitration. Any claim or dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement, or the interpretation, making, performance, breach or termination thereof, shall (except as specifically set forth in this Agreement) be finally settled by binding arbitration in the County of Santa Clara, California in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association and judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
