Resolving Disagreements. The parties pledge themselves to negotiate in good faith on such matters as have been enumerated in the Agreement and, in the event of the failure to reach understanding, to use in good faith mediatory facilities. The mediation process shall be instituted in accordance with the Illinois School Code and the costs for any mediator shall be shared equally by the Board and the Association.
