Common use of Resolving Discrepancies Clause in Contracts

Resolving Discrepancies. Except as otherwise stated in Agreement, the provisions of Agreement take precedence in resolving any conflict, error, ambiguity or discrepancy between the provisions of the Agreement and the Attachments and the provisions of any standard, specification, manual, code or instruction of any technical society, organization or association (collectively “Other Standards”), provided that if any of the Other Standards impose a more stringent standard or obligation upon Contractor than in the Agreement, the Other Standard shall take precedence in resolving any conflict, error, ambiguity or discrepancy between the provisions of this Agreement and the Other Standard.
