Resource Allocation. The Contractor shall allocate sufficient budget for hardware, software, and personnel, ensuring that all necessary resources are available for the successful completion of the project. The Contractor shall also plan for essential resources, including staff and equipment. Qualified personnel with expertise in software development, hardware installation, project management, and quality assurance will be assigned. Necessary hardware components, such as sensors, gateways, software licenses, and development tools, shall be procured and allocated.
