Resource Designation Sample Clauses

In practice, this clause may list specific individuals or types of resources, outline their qualifications, or set requirements for their availability and substitution. Its core function is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of which resources are committed to the project, thereby reducing ambiguity and helping to prevent disputes over resource allocation or adequacy.
