Resource Development. 2.4.1 LIDDA shall identify and create opportunities to make additional resources available to the local service area which will ultimately benefit individuals with IDD (e.g., applying for grants and partnering with other organizations). 2.4.2 LIDDA shall optimize earned revenues and maintain a Claims Management System.
