Resource Limitations. Activities that are deemed by the Information Technology department to cause unreasonable demand on network capacity or disruption of system operation are prohibited. Users shall subscribe only to high quality discussion groups or mailing lists that are relevant to their education or professional development. Users shall not use the District's EIS for commercial purposes or financial gain. This includes the creation, development and offering of goods or services for sale, and the unauthorized purchase of goods or services. District approved purchases will be made following District approved procedures The District's portable information systems and educational technology resources such as notebook computers, peripherals, and/or companion devices, will be at the school sites during school hours.

Resource Limitations. MIXIT7 provides hosting spaces that allow the use of PHP scripts and other executable programs. These scripts use many more system resources than simple pages, so there are some restrictions on the use of these features. Scripts must use acceptable system resources. Scripts that use a very large number of CPU cycles and a very large amount of RAM memory will have to be suspended or additional charges may apply. MIXIT7 will make every effort to notify customers who are using scripts that are using too large a percentage of system resources before suspending them. However, if the scripts are causing problems for other clients or are taking up too many resources they may be stopped without notice. Each space should not exceed 5% of the system resources for a period of time longer than 5 seconds or 3600 hits per hour. Scripts must not interact with the server configuration or hardware in any way. Execution of such scripts may result in immediate cancellation of the customer account without refund.

  • Use Limitations Your license is solely for the purposes of creating, presenting, hosting, analyzing, viewing and delivering Events (as defined below) to Authorized Users, subject to any limitation of Seats (as defined below) specified in the Order Form. “Event” means a single live broadcast event transmitted over the SaaS Service created and/or sponsored in whole or substantial part by Customer or Customer’s employees that is branded under Customer’s name. The term “Events” shall include both live and archived Events. “Seat” means each Authorized User served by a stream of digitally encoded data that delivers an Event to such Authorized User in the SaaS Service and shall include an Authorized User’s access to live Events and archived Events but does not include an access to a downloaded archived Event. A limitation on a number of Seats limits the number of unique Authorized Users of the Service.

  • Specific Limitations No Member shall have the right or power to: (a) withdraw or reduce such Member’s Capital Contribution except as a result of the dissolution of the Company or as otherwise provided by law or in this Agreement; (b) make voluntary Capital Contributions or to contribute any property to the Company other than cash; (c) bring an action for partition against the Company or any Company assets; (d) cause the termination and dissolution of the Company, except as set forth in this Agreement; or (e) upon the Distribution of its Capital Contribution require that property other than cash be distributed in return for its Capital Contribution. Each Member hereby irrevocably waives any such rights.
