Resource orders. AFS dispatch works under a two-tier system. Orders flow from the AFS Zones to the Alaska Interagency Coordination Center (AICC). DNR works under a three tier system; resource orders are placed from the Areas to the State Logistics Center (SLC); if SLC is unable to fill the resource request, the resource order is placed by SLC to AICC.
