Resource Readiness Clause Samples

The Resource Readiness clause defines the requirement for parties to ensure that all necessary resources, such as personnel, equipment, or materials, are prepared and available before commencing a project or specific phase of work. In practice, this clause may require a party to confirm in writing that resources are in place or to meet certain readiness criteria before starting work. Its core function is to prevent project delays and miscommunication by ensuring that all prerequisites are met before work begins, thereby reducing the risk of interruptions or inefficiencies.
