Respecting Resource Limits. a. Users will not download large files unless absolutely necessary. If necessary, they will download the file at a time when the system is not being heavily used such as after class or business hours and immediately remove the file from the system computer to removable media. Users may be asked to terminate a large download if such activity impairs the efficient operation of the system or an educational activity. b. Users will not post chain letters or unsolicited mass emails. c. Users will not download, install and/or use any unauthorized software.
