Common use of Response by Email Clause in Contracts

Response by Email. You agree that the Bank may respond to you by email with regard to any non-confidential matter related to CalPrivate Bank Online services or secure email for sensitive data. Any such message we send to you shall be considered received within three days of the date sent, regardless of whether you check email messages within that time frame.
