RESPONSE DUE DATE. Appropriately submitted responses are due at or before 3:00 PM, on the due date noted in PART I, Section 3 – Schedule of Events. This request for proposal (RFP) does not commit the City to contract for any supply or service. B. No paper or submittals outside of Bonfire will be accepted by the City. C. Responses cannot be altered or amended after digital opening. D. No response can be withdrawn after opening without written approval from the City for an acceptable reason.
