RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AGENT. a. Under this Agreement, the Agent shall: i. Promote the institution, departments and their programs in consonance with NGB (DU), as the latter will consider this befit on a case-to-case basis. ii. Recruit and assist in the recruitment of prospective students to enroll in universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools programs in the aforesaid territories in accordance with the current policies and procedures of these organizations and regulators (meeting visa requirements to other criteria). iii. Provide prospective students with all necessary information required for the student tomake informed decision, including admission requirements, tuition fees, cost of living, visa requirements, and prospects upon graduation. iv. Assist in completing and submitting application forms to with the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools. v. Conduct training sessions as specified by each of the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/B Schools. b. The Agent will provide the NGB (DU) with complete and up-to-date information on these prospective universities/ B Schools/ institutes/ colleges with regard to programs, course structure, fee schedules, admissions policies and other important aspects so as to assist in the proper counseling of prospective students. c. The Agent shall accurately present the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools programs to the prospective students, their parents, and any interested parties. Additionally, the Agent shall be familiar with and strictly adhere to the applicable government regulation and/or accreditation requirements concerning the recruitment and admission of these students d. Additional responsibilities may include: Ensuring all students have proper medical insurance/coverage. Assisting students, where necessary, in obtaining airline tickets and travel. Communicating with universities/ B Schools/ institutes/ colleges’ Student Affairs/Admissions Desk about the transportation details. Additionally, confirm the specific arrival date of the enrolled student. e. In performing these services, the Agent shall: I. Promote the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools with integrity and accuracy and recruit prospective students in an honest and ethical manner. II. Accurately inform prospective students about the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools’ admission requirements using only material provided or approved by these universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools. III. Take reasonable steps to confirm the accuracy of information provided by prospective students in their application. IV. Ensure that only signed and completed applications are submitted to these universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools. V. Ensure that all required supporting documentation accompanies each application. f. In performing these services, the Agent must NOT: I. Engage in false or misleading advertising or recruitment practices including, but not limited to, misleading comparisons with any other education provider or their courses, or inaccurate claims regarding any association between universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools and any other education provider or organisation. II. Create or use any literature, advertisements, brochures, flyers, materials of any sort which promote these universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools with their prior review and approval. III. Give false or misleading information relating to course fees or acceptance into a program. IV. Will ensure the student tuition is paid in its entirety by them into NGB (DU) account or directly to the enrolled universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools by a prospective student.

b. The Agent will provide the NGB (DUb) with complete and up-to-date information on these prospective universities/ B Schools/ institutes/ colleges with regard to programs, course structure, fee schedules, admissions policies and other important aspects so as to assist in the proper counseling of prospective students.
c. The Agent shall accurately present the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools programs to the prospective students, their parents, and any interested parties. Additionally, the Agent shall be familiar with and strictly adhere to the applicable government regulation and/or accreditation requirements concerning the recruitment and admission of these students
d. Additional responsibilities may include: Ensuring all students have proper medical insurance/coverage. Assisting students, where necessary, in obtaining airline tickets and travel. Communicating with universities/ B Schools/ institutes/ colleges’ Student Affairs/Admissions Desk about the transportation details. Additionally, confirm the specific arrival date of the enrolled student.
e. In performing these services, the Agent shall:must;
I. i) Promote the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools ACTB with integrity and accuracy and recruit prospective students in an honest and ethical manner.
II. Accurately inform ii) Inform prospective students accurately about the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools’ admission requirements of ACTB using only material provided or approved by these universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools.the school
III. iii) Take reasonable steps to confirm the accuracy of information provided by prospective students in their the application.
IV. iv) Ensure that only signed and completed applications application are submitted to these universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools.ACTB
V. v) Ensure that all required relevant fees and charges and supporting documentation accompanies accompany each application.application and acceptance of offer documents
f. In performing these servicesvi) Provide any offer documents received from ACTB to the prospective student within 48 hours of receiving the offer documents
vii) Only undertake promotional and marketing activities involving ACTB that have been approved by ACTB
viii) Not offer any further direct or indirect discounts on any ACTB fees, unless authorised in writing by ACTB
c) As per the requirements of the ESOS Act, the Agent must NOT:not engage in dishonest practices, including;
I. i) Recruiting or attempting to recruit a student currently studying with another Australian education provider
ii) Suggesting that a student come to Australia on a student visa for any reason other than for full time study
iii) Facilitate the enrolment of students who the Agent believes will not comply with the conditions of their student visa
iv) Use PRISMS to create a ▇▇▇ for other than bona fide students, or
v) Provide prospective students with immigration advice unless the agent is a separately registered migration agent (Migration Act 1958)
vi) Use sub-agents to lodge visas for the students who have been accepted at ACTB through the Agent
d) In addition to 3.c. the Agent must not;
i) Engage in false or misleading advertising or recruitment practices including, but not limited to, including misleading comparisons with any other education provider or their courses, courses or inaccurate claims regarding any association between universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools ACTB and any other education provider provider
ii) Facilitate applications by students who do not meet the visa criteria or organisation.make any guarantees about the likelihood of obtaining a student visa
II. Create or use any literature, advertisements, brochures, flyers, materials of any sort which promote these universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools with their prior review and approval.
III. iii) Give false or misleading information relating to course fees payable or acceptance into a program.
IV. Will ensure the student tuition is paid in its entirety by them into NGB (DUcourse iv) account Receive or directly bank course fees payable to the enrolled universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools ACTB by a prospective student.student or deduct any fees from the amount payable by the student to ACTB
v) Commit ACTB to accept any prospective student into a course vi) Use or access PRISMS without the prior written consent of ACTB
vii) Recruit or attempt to recruit a prospective student who the agent knows to have engaged the services of another representative of ACTB
viii) Sign or encourage others to sign official documents, such as the application form, on behalf of the prospective student unless the student is under 18 years of age and that person is the prospective students parent(s)/ legal guardian
ix) Submit an application to ACTB on behalf of a student if the Agent is aware the prospective student has applied to other education providers
x) Submit an application to ACTB on behalf of a student the Agent is aware has been rejected by an education provider for a similar course

The Agent will provide the NGB (DUb) with complete and up-to-date information on these prospective universities/ B Schools/ institutes/ colleges with regard to programs, course structure, fee schedules, admissions policies and other important aspects so as to assist in the proper counseling of prospective students.
c. The Agent shall accurately present the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools programs to the prospective students, their parents, and any interested parties. f) Unless SBDI agrees otherwise in writing, the cost of advertising and promotional activities undertaken by the Agent will be borne by the Agent.

vi. Agent is responsible for advising SGU of any business registration requirements that must be satisfied in order for Agent to represent SGU in the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/B SchoolsTerritory.

The Agent will provide the NGB (DU) with complete and up-to-date information on these prospective universities/ B Schools/ institutes/ colleges with regard to programs, course structure, fee schedules, admissions policies and other important aspects so as to assist in the proper counseling of prospective students.
c. The Agent shall accurately present the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools programs to the prospective students, their parents, and any interested parties. Additionally, the Agent shall be familiar with and strictly adhere to the applicable government regulation and/or accreditation requirements concerning the recruitment and admission of these students
d. Additional responsibilities may include: Ensuring all students have proper medical insurance/coverage. Assisting students, where necessary, in obtaining airline tickets and travel. Communicating with universities/ B Schools/ institutes/ colleges’ Student Affairs/Admissions Desk about the transportation details. Additionally, confirm the specific arrival date of the enrolled student.
e. In performing these services, the Agent shall:
I. i. Promote the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools School with integrity and accuracy and recruit prospective students in an honest and ethical manner.
IIii. Accurately inform prospective students about the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools’ SGU’s admission requirements using only material provided or approved by these universities/colleges/institutes/ B SchoolsSGU.
IIIiii. Take reasonable steps to confirm the accuracy of information provided by prospective students in their application.
IViv. Ensure that only signed and completed applications are submitted to these universities/colleges/institutes/ B SchoolsSGU.
V. v. Ensure that all required supporting documentation accompanies each application.
f. vi. Ensure that the student follows all processes necessary for matriculation at the University.
vii. Only engage in SGU promotional and marketing activities that have been approved by SGU.
c. In performing these services, the Agent must NOT:
I. i. Engage in false or misleading advertising or recruitment practices including, but not limited to, misleading comparisons with any other education provider or their courses, or inaccurate claims regarding any association between universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools SGU and any other education provider or organisationprovider.
IIii. Create or use any literature, advertisements, brochures, flyers, materials of any sort which promote these universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools with their SGU without SGU’s prior review and approval.
IIIiii. Facilitate applications by students who do not meet the visa criteria or make any guarantees to applicants about the likelihood of obtaining the necessary visas to complete the program of study.
iv. Give false or misleading information relating to course fees or acceptance into a program.
IV. Will ensure the student tuition is paid in its entirety by them into NGB (DU) account v. Receive or directly bank course fees payable to the enrolled universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools SGU by a prospective student.
vi. Add or deduct any fees from the amount payable by the student to SGU.
vii. Commit SGU to accept any prospective student into a program.
viii. Recruit or attempt to recruit a prospective student who the agent knows to have engaged the services of another Agent of SGU. If a prospective student decides to change Agents, a written notice should be sent by the student to the SGU Office of Admission authorizing the change.
ix. Sign or encourage others to sign official documents, such as the application form, on behalf of the prospective student.
d. The Agent must ensure that all staff of the Agent are aware of the responsibilities stated herein.
e. Unless SGU agrees otherwise in writing, the cost of advertising and promotional activities undertaken by the Agent will be borne by the Agent.

This includes – Agency Name – Name of principal agent – Legal entity – Street address(es) Undertake and provided evidence of completion the Education Agents Training Course (EATC) offered by PIER (Professional International Education Resources) or a recognised equivalent and belong to a professional association representing education agents where one exists. Avoid conflicts of interest and declare any that exist. Conflicts of interest may include, but are not limited to: o when the agent charges services fees to both overseas students and registered providers for the same service: o where an education agent has a financial interest in a private education provider; or o where an employee of an education agent has a personal relationship with the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools.
v. Conduct training sessions as specified by each an employee of the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/B Schools.
b. The Agent will provide the NGB (DU) education provider. Cooperate with complete ASQA by providing accurate and up-to-date factual responses to requests for information on these prospective universities/ B Schools/ institutes/ colleges with regard to programs, course structure, fee schedules, admissions policies as required and other important aspects so as to assist in the proper counseling conduct of prospective students.
c. The Agent shall accurately present audits and the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools programs to the prospective students, their parents, and any interested partiesmonitoring of Provider operations as required. Additionally, the Agent shall be familiar with and strictly adhere to the applicable government regulation and/or accreditation requirements concerning the recruitment and admission of these students
d. Additional responsibilities may include: Ensuring all students have proper medical insurance/coverage. Assisting students, where necessary, in obtaining airline tickets and travel. Communicating with universities/ B Schools/ institutes/ colleges’ Student Affairs/Admissions Desk about the transportation details. Additionally, confirm the specific arrival date of the enrolled student.
e. In performing these services, the Agent shall:
I. must: Promote the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools Provider with integrity and accuracy and recruit prospective students in an honest and ethical manner.
II. Accurately inform Inform prospective students accurately about the aforesaid universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools’ admission requirements of Provider using only material provided or approved by these universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools.
IIIProvider. Take reasonable steps to confirm the accuracy of information provided by prospective students in their the application.
IV. Ensure that only signed and completed applications are submitted to these universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools.
V. Provider. Ensure that all required relevant fees and charges and supporting documentation accompanies accompany each application.
f. In performing these servicesapplication and acceptance of offer documents. Ensure all signed Acceptance of Offer documents are forwarded to Provider promptly. Provide any offer documents received from Provider to the prospective student within 24 hours of receiving the offer documents. Only undertake promotional and marketing activities involving Provider that have been approved by Provider As per the requirements of the ESOS Act 2000 and The National Code 2018, the Agent must NOT:
I. not engage in dishonest practices, including. Recruiting or attempting to recruit a student currently studying with another Australian education provider. Suggesting that a student come to Australia on a student visa for any reason other than for full- time study. Facilitate the enrolment of students who the Agent believes will not comply with the conditions of their student visa (non-genuine/non bona fide students). Facilitate applications by students who do not meet the visa criteria or organisation.
IImake any guarantees about the likelihood of obtaining a student visa. Create or use any literature, advertisements, brochures, flyers, materials of any sort which promote these universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools with their prior review and approval.
III. Give false or misleading information relating to course fees payable or acceptance into a program.

Will ensure the student tuition is paid in its entirety by them into NGB (DU) account Receive or directly bank course fees payable to the enrolled universities/colleges/institutes/ B Schools Provider by a prospective student; add additional or deduct any fees from the amount payable by the student to Provider Commit Provider to accept any prospective student into a course. Recruit or attempt to recruit a prospective student who the agent knows to have engaged the services of another representative of Provider Submit an application to Provider on behalf of a student if the Agent is aware the prospective student has applied to other education providers. Submit an application to Provider on behalf of a student the Agent is aware has been rejected by an education provider for a similar course. The Agent must ensure that all staff of the Agent are aware of the requirements of the ESOS Act 2000. Unless Provider agrees otherwise in writing, the cost of advertising and promotional activities undertaken by the Agent will be borne by the Agent. Provider must: Give the Agent sufficient information to enable the Agent to undertake its services, including information regarding the requirements of the ESOS Act 2000. Provide the agent with up-to-date and accurate marketing materials. This will be achieved through ensuring that whenever marketing materials are updated, the agent is notified of changes and provided with updated materials via email and/or in hard copy via post. Assess completed applications from prospective students within a reasonable time of receipt. Pay any fees within the agreed timeframe. Provider is not required to accept any prospective student referred by the Agent. Provide approved materials for marketing of courses. Only approved materials may be used. If materials are changed Provider will provide the Agents with the revised copies and all previous versions must be removed taken down or destroyed. Agents must confirm that these actions have been taken when new versions are provided.
