RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CITY Section A. Construction Engineering Performed by the City. The City shall assign its City Engineer or other registered professional engineer to the construction engineering to be performed in connection with the water main and sanitary sewer construction. The engineer so assigned shall act under the supervision and direction of the State. All construction inspection, control of materials and associated documentation for the water main and sanitary sewer construction to be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and special provisions, and in accordance with the recognized and accepted practices and procedures as set forth in various State manuals which includes the State's current ”Standard Specifications for Construction” under Specifications No. 1601 through and including No. 1609, shall be the responsibility of the engineer so assigned. The City shall also furnish other personnel, services, supplies and equipment as shall be necessary in order to properly carry on the water main and sanitary sewer construction.

  • Responsibilities of the City The City’s Contract Manager will be responsible for exercising general oversight of the Contractor’s activities in completing the Scope of Work. Specifically, the Contract Manager will represent the City’s interests in resolving day-to-day issues that may arise during the term of this Contract, shall participate regularly in conference calls or meetings for status reporting, shall promptly review any written reports submitted by the Contractor, and shall approve all invoices for payment, as appropriate. The City’s Contract Manager shall give the Contractor timely feedback on the acceptability of progress and task reports.

  • Responsibilities of the Contractor The Contractor shall provide all technical and professional expertise, knowledge, management, and other resources required for accomplishing all aspects of the tasks and associated activities identified in the Scope of Work. In the event that the need arises for the Contractor to perform services beyond those stated in the Scope of Work, the Contractor and the City shall negotiate mutually agreeable terms and compensation for completing the additional services.

  • Responsibilities of Contractor A. The Contractor shall perform all work on the described project as required by the Contract documents. The work to be performed includes the labor and services necessary to produce such replacement, and all materials, supplies, tools, transportation, equipment, and machinery required for replacement. B. This project bid includes all materials, labor and equipment to complete the reconstruction and resurfacing of streets as outlined in the Project Manual for WWREYN - ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ SANITARY SEWER - PHASE 1 dated March 25th, 2021 as outlined in Attachment A.

  • Procurement Related Complaints and Administrative Review 49.1 The procedures for making a Procurement-related Complaint are as specified in the TDS. 49.2 A request for administrative review shall be made in the form provided under contract forms.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES OF CITY City or its representative shall issue all communications to Contractor. City has the authority to request changes in the work in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and with the terms in Exhibit A – Scope of Work. City has the authority to stop work or to suspend any work.
