Common use of Responsibilities of the Project Managers Clause in Contracts

Responsibilities of the Project Managers. The Project Managers will be responsible for the following activities: (A) assisting the Steering Committee in the development of the revised Detailed Project Descriptions for the Project (each such Detailed Project Description to be developed in accordance with, and set forth the information specified in, Section 5(a)(ii)(B) of this Agreement); (B) overseeing the coordination, implementation and conduct of the Project in accordance with the Project Description; (C) reviewing the status and progress of the conduct of the Project; (D) determining if changes are needed to the scope of the Project; (E) implementing any changes to the scope of the Project that have been approved by the Parties; (F) reviewing and discussing the Project Deliverables, Project Results and such other matters related to this Agreement and the Research as are reasonably requested by either of the Parties; and (G) facilitating on-going communications between the Parties.

Responsibilities of the Project Managers. The Project Managers will shall be responsible for the following activities: [(A) assisting the Steering Committee in the development of the initial Detailed Project assisting the Steering Committee in the development of the revised Detailed Project Descriptions for the Project (each such Detailed Project Description to be developed in accordance with, and set forth the information specified in, Section 5(a)(ii)(B4(a)(iii)(B) of this Agreement); (BC) overseeing the coordination, implementation and conduct of the Project in accordance with the Project Description; (CD) reviewing the status and progress of the conduct of the Project; (DE) determining if changes are needed to the scope of the Project; (EF) implementing any changes to the scope of the Project that have been approved by the Parties; (FG) reviewing and discussing the Project Deliverables, Project Results and such other matters related to this Agreement and the Research as are reasonably requested by either of the Parties; and (GH) facilitating on-going communications between the Parties.
