RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER. 7.1 The Service Providers undertake to ensure that the safety, stability and continuity of the Products/Services provided to Party A shall not be lower than those required by the regulatory standards according to the requirements of Party A and relevant regulatory authorities, such as China Banking Insurance Regulatory Commission and China Securities Regulatory Commission in the course of providing Products/Services, and ensure the security, independence and confidentiality of customer information and data. 7.2 The Service Providers shall regularly submit fee bills to Party A. 7.3 The Service Providers shall regularly review indicators of all Product/Service at the request of Party A.
