RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER. 8.1 The Service Provider will: 8.1.1 deliver the Deliverables which are fit for the purpose required by the University on time, within budget, with reasonable care and skill, and in accordance with the Service Levels; 8.1.2 assign Personnel who are sufficiently qualified and competent both in numbers and skill to provide the Deliverables and ensure the due and proper performance of its obligations under this Agreement;
